Do all my businesses share one plan?

Yes. One subscription covers every business you run on Willo. They all draw from a single shared credit pool, and each plan includes an allowance of businesses (3 on Starter up to 25 on Scale). No more separate subscriptions per business.

How do credits get used?

Credits scale with the complexity of the work and the compute it takes. Small touches — a copy tweak, a wording change, a quick edit — cost a few credits. Bigger work, like building or reworking part of your site, costs proportionally more. Chatting with your AI team, reviewing decisions, and reading reports are always free.

What is a credit?

A credit is the unit Willo uses to measure agent work. Each task your agents complete (writing a blog post, running a growth experiment, building a page) is priced in credits based on the complexity of the work. Chat is always free and never uses credits.

What counts as a task vs free chat?

Accepted Answer

Anything that produces output (a published post, a deployed page, a market research report, a growth campaign) uses credits. Asking questions, reviewing decisions, chatting with your AI CEO, and reading your dashboard are all free.

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

On Builder and above, unused credits roll over for one month. So if you have 50 credits left at the end of the month, you'll start next month with your standard allotment plus those 50. The $25 Starter plan doesn't include rollover.

What happens when my free credits run out?

Accepted Answer

Your business and all your data stay intact. You'll be prompted to choose a plan to keep your agents working. Until you do, chat stays free and unlimited — only credit-spending work pauses. Nothing is deleted.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
